How It Works
1. Choose BOX NOW at Checkout
Select BOX NOW as your delivery method and choose one of the payment options available for your order: credit or debit card, bank transfer, or BOX NOW Pay on Delivery where offered.
2. Select Your Locker
Use the map displayed at checkout to select an available BOX NOW locker in a location that works for you.
3. Receive Your Collection Instructions
When your parcel is ready, BOX NOW will send you collection instructions and a six-digit PIN. If you selected BOX NOW Pay on Delivery, follow the payment instructions before collecting.
4. Collect Your Parcel
Go to the locker specified in your notification and enter your PIN to open the compartment. Collect your parcel at any time, within the collection deadline shown in your notification.
BOX NOW Pay on Delivery
With BOX NOW Pay on Delivery, payment is completed online by credit or debit card using the instructions sent by BOX NOW once your parcel arrives at the locker. Cash payments are not made at the locker.
Delivery and Collection Times
Delivery time depends on the destination and begins once BOX NOW receives your parcel. Order preparation time is separate. Follow your tracking updates for the progress of your shipment.
Check your BOX NOW notification for the exact collection deadline. You can request an additional 24 hours through BOX NOW parcel tracking, subject to the options available for your shipment.
Track your parcel through the link in your notification or visit the BOX NOW website.
